New AC unit installed by Moises and Mathew. Great team, super friendly and knowledgeable guys. We started years ago with Lantz due to their knowledge about grinder pumps, but we now use them for everything. Last year they saved us from leaking water heaters and installed new tankless systems for us too!

Lantz really beats all. They installed our new air conditioner a couple of years ago. It was an unusual system, and quite a few vendors told us things that did not make sense. Lantz did an awesome job on install and follow-up, with Greg, who is very experienced and stays on any problems until solved, well overseeing all details. Been having regular service since for heat, AC, and hot water, most recently this week. Zach (plumbing - hot water) and Derek (AC) could not have been more thorough or more professional. Zach even put all the stuff I had stored in my hot water heater closet back for me. They left everything spotless and identified important upkeep issues without any pressure for selling more service (e.g., duct cleaning) and some cost-savings measures for us attended to as part of the service (i.e., adjustment to hot water temp). Really trust Lantz to be reliable and utilize well-trained technicians, many of whom have a lot of experience and longevity with the company. Office staff, Brittany for one, is readily available, communicates well with the technicians, and make scheduling and billing easy.

I had a great experience with Lantz Home Services. We ran into an electrical issue at our lake house late in the day, and I honestly didn’t think we’d be able to get an electrician out that evening. When I called, they reassured me that someone would be available—and they delivered. Nick, their electrician, arrived around 7 PM and had everything resolved by 9 PM. He was prompt, thorough, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently, all at a very fair price. He replaced the cord with the correct gauge cord, preventing a potential disaster. The men worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and cleaned up after themselves.

I've had a few services from Lantz related to electrical, heating, and plumbing. Heating work from Darren was the absolute best experience. He is literally the nicest man ever. 10/10 no notes, won't ever let anyone but him work on my HVAC. As for electrical and plumbing: First off, they're human. No one is perfect all the time. There were a couple of things that didn't go correctly, but they communicated and fixed everything. I even had a really nice conversation with the owner, which was a great touch. Greg and Robbie (supervisor and a manager) came out immediately when I realized there was a problem and got it 100% fixed. They were also very kind. The work is excellent, and I now feel safe with my new electrical panel. They have always been on time to appointments. They also send a heads up text with a picture of the person coming, which is a nice little safety feature. They all genuinely respect my home, my questions, and my time. I will continue using Lantz knowing they work hard and work even harder should a problem arise. Communication is priceless these days!!

I called Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Electrician Eddie arrived at my home within an hour in Lago Vista. They completed the job within an hour. I needed an outlet diagnosed because when I tried to DIY replace it, the breaker wouldn't stay on. Turned out that I needed a different type of outlet. They told me it would be a $65 service fee or I could get a membership for about $500 and the service fee would be waived. After discounts, the outlet cost me $172 and the labor was $220, which also included putting in a plastic outlet box because my home didn't have one. I understand labor being $220 for an emergency call, not sure if I overpaid for the $172 outlet. Either way, they were fast and got me back operational expeditiously.

We thought we had an issue with our grinder pump, so we called Lantz Lakeside Services. One of their plumbing technicians, Hunter Patton, came out to assess the situation. He quickly determined that our grinder pump was fine, but we had an issue with our main water line. And then he rolled up his sleeves and got it fixed. Hunter was extremely professional, very efficient, and communicated very effectively. The price was fair and the service was 5+ stars. We won't use anyone else for our plumbing or home services. Highly recommend.
