New AC unit installed by Moises and Mathew. Great team, super friendly and knowledgeable guys. We started years ago with Lantz due to their knowledge about grinder pumps, but we now use them for everything. Last year they saved us from leaking water heaters and installed new tankless systems for us too!

Lantz really beats all. They installed our new air conditioner a couple of years ago. It was an unusual system, and quite a few vendors told us things that did not make sense. Lantz did an awesome job on install and follow-up, with Greg, who is very experienced and stays on any problems until solved, well overseeing all details. Been having regular service since for heat, AC, and hot water, most recently this week. Zach (plumbing - hot water) and Derek (AC) could not have been more thorough or more professional. Zach even put all the stuff I had stored in my hot water heater closet back for me. They left everything spotless and identified important upkeep issues without any pressure for selling more service (e.g., duct cleaning) and some cost-savings measures for us attended to as part of the service (i.e., adjustment to hot water temp). Really trust Lantz to be reliable and utilize well-trained technicians, many of whom have a lot of experience and longevity with the company. Office staff, Brittany for one, is readily available, communicates well with the technicians, and make scheduling and billing easy.

Steve Munselle did a great install/replacement. Steve walked me through the options and gave an honest opinion of what the correct and most cost-effective fix was. He handled the job from the beginning sale to end cleanup and kept me updated on progress. Thank you very much Lantz and Steve.

I had a great experience with Lantz Home Services. We ran into an electrical issue at our lake house late in the day, and I honestly didn’t think we’d be able to get an electrician out that evening. When I called, they reassured me that someone would be available—and they delivered. Nick, their electrician, arrived around 7 PM and had everything resolved by 9 PM. He was prompt, thorough, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently, all at a very fair price. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend Lantz Home Services and will definitely be using them again in the future.
