Do you ever put off doing things around your house? Like for decades? How about needing something to add health and well-being to your life because entropy never ceases its pursuit? We needed a reverse osmosis system to knock down every little extra cache of sodium (salt water softener in the house) and a robustly leaky outdoor "faucet/homemade waterfall" that just keeps getting more mortifying and destructive every season. Willie from Lantz is our hero. He arrived exactly when he said he would, solved these issues succinctly, explained to us our naive questions, and was done in lightning fast time. I love it when people really know their business and are super helpful in the process. Willie is a genuine asset to Lantz' plumbing division.

In addition, he also explained how important it was to register the equipment to get the extended warranty, which I immediately addressed. Thank you, Greg! Brandon was on time, diligent about getting the water softener installed correctly, and he answered all my questions. My old water softener lasted 14 years, but finally gave up the ghost. The original estimate from Lantz was higher than I wanted to pay, so Mike was very flexible in finding me an alternative, smaller one, still a good brand. Today, Willie K. came and installed it for me; he was professional and pleasant, answered all of my questions, seemed very efficient. When he arrived, my cleaning ladies were still here and needed about 10 more minutes before the water was turned off; Willie was very patient and waited, and even gave me some advice on another issue (I had my outside pipes freeze for a day this past winter). As always, I'm very satisfied with Lantz's Plumbing.

We called Lantz to get an estimate on adding a water softener to our water line. Mark came out and gave us an estimate, and he also walked around with us and gave us ideas and suggestions about other things we want to do. When we decided to go forward with Lantz, Mark came back, right on time, and got right to work. It was a big job, and he handled it like a pro. We thought we were going to have to spend another $1500 on our master bath, but he helped us figure out a different solution to that. We would definitely use Mark and Lantz again.

I had a great experience with Lantz Home Services. We ran into an electrical issue at our lake house late in the day, and I honestly didn’t think we’d be able to get an electrician out that evening. When I called, they reassured me that someone would be available—and they delivered. Nick, their electrician, arrived around 7 PM and had everything resolved by 9 PM. He was prompt, thorough, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently, all at a very fair price. I've had a few services from Lantz related to electrical, heating, and plumbing. Heating work from Darren was the absolute best experience. He is literally the nicest man ever. 10/10 no notes, won't ever let anyone but him work on my HVAC. As for electrical and plumbing: First off, they're human. No one is perfect all the time. There were a couple of things that didn't go correctly, but they communicated and fixed everything. I even had a really nice conversation with the owner, which was a great touch. Greg and Robbie (supervisor and a manager) came out immediately when I realized there was a problem and got it 100% fixed. They were also very kind. The work is excellent, and I now feel safe with my new electrical panel. They have always been on time to appointments. They also send a heads up text with a picture of the person coming, which is a nice little safety feature. They all genuinely respect my home, my questions, and my time. I will continue using Lantz knowing they work hard and work even harder should a problem arise. Communication is priceless these days!!

I called Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Electrician Eddie arrived at my home within an hour in Lago Vista. They completed the job within an hour. I needed an outlet diagnosed because when I tried to DIY replace it, the breaker wouldn't stay on. Turned out that I needed a different type of outlet. They told me it would be a $65 service fee or I could get a membership for about $500 and the service fee would be waived. After discounts, the outlet cost me $172 and the labor was $220, which also included putting in a plastic outlet box because my home didn't have one. I understand labor being $220 for an emergency call, not sure if I overpaid for the $172 outlet. Either way, they were fast and got me back operational expeditiously.
