Great experience with Lantz! Thanks to everyone who helped get our septic-to-sewer conversion done. In no particular order: Mark, Maciel, Jackson, Steven, Eddie, Zach, Giuseppe, Brittany, Kayla, and Randy, all of whom were professional, helpful, and friendly, and ensured we were kept informed throughout the process. Unlike the other companies we checked with, Lantz had all the services we needed under one roof, so there was no need to try to work out schedules and estimates for multiple companies. AND they did all of the permit paperwork; what a relief! From the first walkthrough to the last shovel of dirt to the return visit because of unexpected issues with other construction, every question we had was answered, and every concern was addressed. The onsite work was fast, efficient, clean, and conscientious. They arrived early and kept their work areas tidy. When the issues arose due to the other construction, the Lantz team was here in a flash. They got everything diagnosed, fixed/replaced lickety-split, and contacted the other construction folks to get their situation sorted out. They have one little bit of concrete and rock wall to return to for repair, which I fully expect will also meet the same standards as the rest of their work. I highly recommend Lantz Home Services!

I've had a few services from Lantz related to electrical, heating, and plumbing.
Heating work from Darren was the absolute best experience. He is literally the nicest man ever. 10/10 no notes, won't ever let anyone but him work on my HVAC.
As for electrical and plumbing: First off, they're human. No one is perfect all the time. There were a couple of things that didn't go correctly, but they communicated and fixed everything. I even had a really nice conversation with the owner, which was a great touch.
Greg and Robbie (supervisor and a manager) came out immediately when I realized there was a problem and got it 100% fixed. They were also very kind.
The work is excellent, and I now feel safe with my new electrical panel.
They have always been on time to appointments. They also send a heads up text with a picture of the person coming, which is a nice little safety feature. They all genuinely respect my home, my questions, and my time.
I will continue using Lantz knowing they work hard and work even harder should a problem arise. Communication is priceless these days!!

I called Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Electrician Eddie arrived at my home within an hour in Lago Vista. They completed the job within an hour. I needed an outlet diagnosed because when I tried to DIY replace it, the breaker wouldn't stay on. Turned out that I needed a different type of outlet. They told me it would be a $65 service fee or I could get a membership for about $500 and the service fee would be waived. After discounts, the outlet cost me $172 and the labor was $220, which also included putting in a plastic outlet box because my home didn't have one. I understand labor being $220 for an emergency call, not sure if I overpaid for the $172 outlet. Either way, they were fast and got me back operational expeditiously.
