I would highly recommend Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing. Their A/C repair person, Steve, did a great job fixing my heat pump, working through lunch to make the repairs. Super guy! Plumbers Time and Ed did a great job replacing my shower valve and installing the face plate and shower head. They were on time, pleasant, and efficient.

Greg arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a surprise, but it worked out better for me anyway. He was pleasant and friendly while being professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions promptly. I felt that the cost of analyzing our heat pump and putting in refrigerant was a fair price. Would like to use Greg in the future should the need arise. We were also pleasantly surprised to get a live person to speak to on our very first call. And Sherri scheduled for the technician to come out the very next day. Hope we will continue to get this great service in the future should we need it.
