Incredible! Cold front blowing in, it's supposed to drop down into the twenties. And of course, our heater goes out. Darren from Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing and AC shows up within hours. He said it's too cold to not have a heater, I'll get this working no matter what. And he did. He ended up using old parts and even having to go back to his house for spare parts to get my old heater going. He worked on it until 7pm and got it going. You don't see many people anymore that really care. And these guys really do.

Lantz Home Services sent Nick and Angel to my home to install a 220 plug for my new stove. Nick identified a safety hazard with the cord that came with the stove. He replaced the cord with the correct gauge cord, preventing a potential disaster. The men worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and cleaned up after themselves.

I've had a few services from Lantz related to electrical, heating, and plumbing.
Heating work from Darren was the absolute best experience. He is literally the nicest man ever. 10/10 no notes, won't ever let anyone but him work on my HVAC.
As for electrical and plumbing: First off, they're human. No one is perfect all the time. There were a couple of things that didn't go correctly, but they communicated and fixed everything. I even had a really nice conversation with the owner, which was a great touch.
Greg and Robbie (supervisor and a manager) came out immediately when I realized there was a problem and got it 100% fixed. They were also very kind.
The work is excellent, and I now feel safe with my new electrical panel.
They have always been on time to appointments. They also send a heads up text with a picture of the person coming, which is a nice little safety feature. They all genuinely respect my home, my questions, and my time.
