Purchased a Rheem water heater from Lantz's back in 2020 and had a problem with the thermostatic gas valve which required replacement. The item was still under warranty through Rheem but labor was not. However, due to the fact that the water heater was purchased through Lantz, they waived all labor charges. This company is ALL TEXAS. Can't recommend them enough. Process from communication (Brittany) through repair (Toby) was second to none. This was my third usage of Lantz's and have never been disappointed.

Tank to Tankless Water Heater Conversion. I'm the guy that does everything themself... except plumbing. Brandon diagnosed the inconsistent water pressure, found the source of the rusty water, and lucky me, discovered a cracked water heater. I was immediately shocked by the quote but proceeded to hire Brandon. He had an honest explanation of what was wrong and he answered all 10,000 questions of mine patiently. As with any project you're unfamiliar with, there's more involved than you can anticipate. I was able to check in on Brandon's progress as he uninstalled a hot water tank and installed the new tankless unit. If you're thinking of DIY, don't. There's more to this job than you think. If that's not convincing, just know they installed quality equipment by Navien. These units have to be installed by a licensed plumber to receive a warranty. Nice work, Thanks Brandon!

Hired Lantz Plumbing in 2019 to install tankless hot water tanks. The isolation valves were not installed correctly. I notified them of this and they responded within an hour to immediately correct the problem. Had them replace a water heater after getting 27 years out of mine. The plumbing technician came out the day before to give me an estimate and look at it. Brandon was very knowledgeable and nice and polite, got estimate, and he and another young man came out next day in the afternoon and replaced my old one with a brand new Rheem water heater. They put tarps down on my carpet to the area inside my house to where the water heater was inside to not get it dirty. He answered questions I had about it while they were there and got the job done and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing! I’m very pleased with everything he did! Ask for Brandon if you call them and need some plumbing work done.

After several years of worry about the 50-gallon water heater in my attic, I decided to replace it. Lantz was very responsive with a quotation and service schedule. Lantz employee Seth and his helper did a beautiful installation of a new tankless system in one day. We were without water for only about 10 minutes. The next morning, the old water heater was removed from my attic. The tankless system works very well, and the recirculation system that came with it provides much faster hot water at all faucets.
