He kept me informed and even shared pictures when I couldn't be there right away. After everything was done, he put everything back the way it was. This was a grinder pump drainage pipe repair. Marcus was the tech assigned to our clogged drain, and we were 100% satisfied. He was on time, professional, and gave me some advice on the pressure-assisted flush toilets and how they can help when clogs are possibly caused by the low pitch of our main line under the slab. He even told me that at one time, our home (built in '99) had septic; but that once the septic failed the City of Lago Vista required that the owners switch over to grinder pumps and city sewer. It was nice that he knew the history of our home since we just bought it in June! We also promptly received an email with the receipt from the dispatch manager, Brittany M., who works with such efficiency and thoroughness! You don't see that much anymore, but Lantz' crew really impressed us.

Very pleased with the results
I had a clogged kitchen sink drain line. I had tried the usual plunging and snake efforts before calling Lantz's for help and Seth came out in just a couple hours to help. He replumbed the lines under the sink and then ran a power snake until the end of the snake could be seen in the septic tank. He then ran it back through, then plunged the line several times to make sure the line was really clear before cleaning up. All the effort took less than an hour. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Seth and Lantz's for a job well done.

Lantz Home Services sent Nick and Angel to my home to install a 220 plug for my new stove. Nick identified a safety hazard with the cord that came with the stove. He replaced the cord with the correct gauge cord, preventing a potential disaster. The men worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and cleaned up after themselves.

I've had a few services from Lantz related to electrical, heating, and plumbing.
Heating work from Darren was the absolute best experience. He is literally the nicest man ever. 10/10 no notes, won't ever let anyone but him work on my HVAC.
As for electrical and plumbing: First off, they're human. No one is perfect all the time. There were a couple of things that didn't go correctly, but they communicated and fixed everything. I even had a really nice conversation with the owner, which was a great touch.
Greg and Robbie (supervisor and a manager) came out immediately when I realized there was a problem and got it 100% fixed. They were also very kind.
The work is excellent, and I now feel safe with my new electrical panel.
They have always been on time to appointments. They also send a heads up text with a picture of the person coming, which is a nice little safety feature. They all genuinely respect my home, my questions, and my time.
I will continue using Lantz knowing they work hard and work even harder should a problem arise. Communication is priceless these days!!

I called Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Electrician Eddie arrived at my home within an hour in Lago Vista. They completed the job within an hour. I needed an outlet diagnosed because when I tried to DIY replace it, the breaker wouldn't stay on. Turned out that I needed a different type of outlet. They told me it would be a $65 service fee or I could get a membership for about $500 and the service fee would be waived. After discounts, the outlet cost me $172 and the labor was $220, which also included putting in a plastic outlet box because my home didn't have one. I understand labor being $220 for an emergency call, not sure if I overpaid for the $172 outlet. Either way, they were fast and got me back operational expeditiously.
