Plumbers Time and Ed did a great job replacing my shower valve and installing the face plate and shower head. They were on time, pleasant, and efficient.

Greg arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a surprise, but it worked out better for me anyway. He was pleasant and friendly while being professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions promptly. I felt that the cost of analyzing our heat pump and putting in refrigerant was a fair price. Would like to use Greg in the future should the need arise. We were also pleasantly surprised to get a live person to speak to on our very first call. And Sherri scheduled for the technician to come out the very next day.
